睡眠による情報整理と翌朝のヒラメキ

「夢占い」をご存知の方も多いと思います。

私なりには、夢に現れた人物や夢の中で経験した出来事などの意味するところを分析、あるいは解釈することだと定義しています。

夢を生み出す睡眠そのものが、前日の経験から得た情報を整理する働きがあると聞いたことがありますが、それが「引き金」となって翌朝アイデアが閃くことも少なくありません。

今朝も閃いたことがありましたので、忘れないうちにメモに取りました。

I feel many people know "Oneiromancy(Yume-Uranai)". From my viewpoint, it is defined to analyze or interprete contents of a dream, for example, the appeared characters or events we experienced.

I once heard that sleeping itself, which produces dreams, has a function of organizing information we got from experiences of the previous day.

Actually it as "trigger" often brought me a lot of "aha- moment"s, I have got an idea this morning, too,

So I have just jotted it down before I forget.
