「腕におぼえあり」…それならコレで

今日の朝刊で、興味深い記事をみつけました。

見出しは、「共有の経済（上）ズームイン

「貸し借り ネットで手軽に」「古民家や店先 空き時間活用」です。

その内容は、『シェアリング・エコノミー』と呼ばれる新しいビジネスの紹介です。

以下その説明の引用です。

シェアリング・エコノミー

個人や企業が余ったモノや空間、時間を「共有（シェア）」するサービス。宿泊場所や会議室、車など幅広い分野に広がっている。2008年リーマン・ショックの後、欧米で広まった。生活が苦しくなり、副収入を得たいと考える人が増えたことが、普及の背景にあるとされる。

モノやサービスの提供者である「貸し手」が直接、サービスの利用者である「借り手」に直接、貸し出し、サービスを提供して利用料を受け取るケースと、間に仲介企業が入り、それぞれを紹介し、両者からの手数料を収益としているケースの二通りあるようです。

仲介するモノやサービスの例として、

1. 平日の結婚式場や映画館、お寺、英会話教室やカラオケルームの「空き施設」
2. 店舗の玄関脇や空き駐車場など街の「隙間」
3. 使っていない印刷機械を動かし、安く印刷する

が紹介されていました。

資源や環境を大事にしながら経済を成長させることができる。サービスを提供する企業と利用者は急増しており、今年は日本の『シェアリング・エコノミー元年』になる

とも。

この記事を読んで閃いたことは、

• 「シェアリング」されるモノやサービスはますます増える。
  
• 人はみな、何かしらシェアリングできるものを持っているはず。

今回のブログのタイトルは、ある時代劇の題名から引用したものですが、主人公が隠し持っていた剣の腕前を活かして「用心棒稼業」をしていたように、シェアリング・エコノミーは、活かしきれていない『強み』を使うべき絶好の機会かもしれませんね。

I found out a interesting article in this morning newspaper. The titles are "Sharing Economy (first part) Zoom in" "Easy lending and borrowing via the Internet" "Utilizing old folks houses, outside the front of the store or their spare time". The contents are introduces of a new business called "Sharing Economy".

The following is quote:

Sharing Economy

The service is "shared" surplus things, space or time by individual or companies. It is spreading 

to many fields, for instance, accommodations, meeting rooms and cars. The service expanded in Europe after the economic downturn precipitated by the Bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers in 2008. It is said that increasing people who feel being in poverty and want to get a second income is the background factor of spreading this service.

There seems to be two kinds of services as follows:

• Suppliers of things or services as "lender" directly provide them to users as "borrower"and receive the fee from the users.
• The between"lender" and "borrower" introduces one to another, and gets commotions from the both.

The following were brought in as examples of the things and services provided:

1."Vacant facilities", for example, weekday places for the wedding, movie theaters, temples, English conversation schools and karaoke rooms

2. Empty spaces in town like near the front door of the store, vacant parking spaces

3. It provides the print service at low cost using an idle printer.

A commentator also said,

Thinking a great deal of resource and environment, we can grow the economy. Both companies which supply the service and the users increase rapidly. This year is expected as "The formal beginning year of Sharing Economy" in Japan.

I had the following inspirations when I read over this article,

• Things and service "shared" seem to increase for sure.
• Everyone must have something to share to others.

The title of today's blog is referred  from one of samurai dramas. As the hero was working as "bouncer" with his great abilities of swordsmanship that he kept concealed at first, I wonder if it is an excellent opportunity to use our "strength" that has not been fully utilized so far 

at the present.
